What will you do?
Support monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
Participate in the accounting close process, ensuring accurate postings, accruals, and reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of financial reporting for internal stakeholders and group reporting purposes.
Collaborate as a business partner, supporting decision‑making through financial analysis and models.
Monitor costs, analyze key drivers, and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and promote efficiency and digitalization initiatives.
Work in an international environment, collaborating with different teams and functions.
What do you need to be successful?
We are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in finance and strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in collaborative and fast‑paced environments.
Solid knowledge of finance and accounting (general accounting, controlling, and reporting).
Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working with financial tools and reporting systems.
Understanding of cost analysis and cash flow.
Good communication skills to interact with international stakeholders.
Ability to adapt and perform in dynamic and changing environments.
Collaborative mindset and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement.
What other knowledge would be valuable?
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
English level B2.
Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle) and SAP will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of Tableau will be valued.
