Headquartered in Palma, Mallorca, we employ around 3,500 people worldwide.Job DescriptionAs the face of Hotelbeds to our suppliers, you will develop strong relationships with our hotel partners within a specific geographic area.ResponsibilitiesLead contracting processes with clients in B2B and B2C environments, focusing on signing competitive rates for Hotelbeds.Negotiate contract renewal conditions such as rates, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policies.Monitor hotel performance closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability.Act as the primary contact for accommodation supplier vendors, maintaining excellent relationships.Support resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions to maintain good service and relationships.Ensure suppliers understand Hotelbeds' value proposition and marketing tools to optimize each hotel’s income.QualificationsTo succeed, the individual must perform each duty satisfactorily. Excellent analytical skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to work independently and make discretionary judgmentsProficiency in computer skills, especially ExcelExperience working with upper managementGood communication and presentation skillsDetermination and a positive, winning attitudeProven results in previous rolesExcellent knowledge of the destination and suppliers, with at least 2 years of experience in that areaEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED is required. An associate’s degree and 2-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred.Language SkillsFluent English is desirable. Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
