What you ́ll do
* Manages, coaches and develops the planning team.
* Manages weekly supply chain planning to meet customer requests while optimizing stocks.
* Monitors and steers inventory and service levels of all planning areas of the team.
* Represents Planning in relevant local S&OP meetings.
* Develops collaboration with key suppliers and Purchasing to optimize material supply.
* Steers the Monthly Supply Review with Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) planned by the team.
* Continuously searches for or implements process improvements with sales planners, production plants as well as suppliers.
* Monitors and ensures optimal phase-in and phase-out process.
What makes you a good fit
* University degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (in engineering/business management/economics).
* 4-5 years of proven Supply Planning experience.
* Minimum 2 years of balanced people management experience.
* Thorough understanding of full scope of Supply Chain.
* Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Structured, proactive personality with determined team player attitude.
* Proficient at Microsoft Excel, advanced SAP system experience is highly desired (SAP APO).
* Fluent English skills.
