Role Purpose
We are looking for a Junior Engineer with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow within a general company like Celeo. This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in the identification, analysis, and structuring of new business opportunities in the energy infrastructure sector across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical, economic, and strategic analysis of new investment opportunities. - Participate in bidding processes and project structuring (greenfield and brownfield). - Assist in the development of financial models and internal presentations. - Conduct market research and monitor trends in the energy sector. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, finance) and international partners. - Support relationship management with external stakeholders (consultants, banks, public institutions).
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial, Energy, Civil Engineering or related fields. - 1–2 years of experience in business development, strategic consulting, project engineering, or similar areas. - High level of English (minimum C1). Portuguese is a plus. - Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. - Interest in the energy sector and in developing a career in international environments.
