GRAND is looking for a Communications & Marketing StrategistWe are seeking a strategic communications and marketing professional with the ability to drive integrated campaigns, manage change, handle crisis communications, and strengthen internal and external engagement across all channels.
Develop and implement comprehensive communications and marketing strategies, aligned with business goals and brand positioning.Design and execute change management communications to ensure adoption and engagement in organizational initiatives.Lead crisis communications, planning, executing, advising executives and stakeholders to protect and strengthen the organization's reputation.Craft high-impact copywriting and storytelling for internal communications, external campaigns, newsletters, speeches, and marketing content.Collaborate with marketing, branding, and HR teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive brand experiences.Measure and analyze the impact of communications and marketing initiatives, using KPIs and engagement metrics to optimize strategies.Stay updated on trends in corporate communications, marketing, branding, digital content, and change management best practices.Support campaign ideation, social media content, and multimedia storytelling to reinforce strategic narratives.
6+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or strategic consultancy.~ Proven expertise in change management, crisis communications, marketing, and integrated communications strategies.~ Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and marketing content creation, both internally and externally.~ Experience working in complex corporate environments, leading cross-functional communication and marketing projects.~ Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
Certifications in change management (Prosci, ACMP) and marketing are a plus.Experience with digital communication, digital products, social media, branding, and collaboration tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
