The Research Consulting Manager is a first-line management role responsible for leading and reviewing the team's work to meet operational or research targets. The manager will set team goals aligned with department objectives, establish performance metrics, and communicate policies and procedures within their area. They will identify and lead quality and process improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic department initiatives.
This role emphasizes building strong client relationships and enhancing client experience by understanding client objectives and acting as a trusted advisor for research execution. Responsibilities include providing consulting, preparing proposals, developing project plans with timelines and deliverables, and supervising projects to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
This is a hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain, managing a team of 6 Research Analysts / Senior Research Analysts.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Marketing, Quantitative Methods, Statistics, or a scientific background such as Medical School
* At least 7 years of experience in market research, healthcare consulting, or a related sector
* Quantitative Market Research experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Client-centric mindset with strong engagement and presentation skills
* Proven people management experience in a matrix organization
* Experience working in an international, multicultural environment with strong interpersonal skills
