Business Development Manager .Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth:
Identify and pursue new opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and suppliers within the power conversion sector.Market Intelligence:
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.Contract Management:
Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.RequirementsEducation:
Technical education in electrical engineering with specialization in Power Electronics.Languages:
Excellent English skills. Spanish is advantageous;
knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in the power conversion industry.Specific knowledge:
