$95,000 - $115,000/year plus bonus (US Currency) Griffith Foods is hiring a Global Supply Chain Business Analyst to collect and analyze data to turn it into meaningful information that the supply chain organization can use to improve business performance. This role will serve as gatekeeper for the global supply chain organization data enabling stakeholders to understand data and use it to make strategic business decisions. This is your opportunity to be responsible for creating and maintaining reports for the global supply chain organization. The impact of this role will be realized through the provision of timely reporting, insights and visibility into data and trends in supply chain performance. Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for global supply chain reporting ensuring timely reporting, data accuracy and maintenance. Develop roadmap for global supply chain reporting and plans to deploy reports to integral supply chain leaders. Collaborate with data architecture team to design and maintain data models and metrics in the enterprise data warehouse. Develop and maintain KPI definitions for global supply chain functions and create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the KPI definitions. Create Power BI reports for the global supply chain teams. Develop and manage Global Supply Chain Power BI workspace to centralize dashboards for supply chain stakeholders. What Will Set You Apart
Master’s degree Food manufacturing or supply chain experience Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project Management Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics or equivalent. 5 years’ related experience in data analytics or continuous improvement. Data analytics and statistical analysis. Strong data visualization skills along with project management skills. Professional proficiency in English to communicate effectively with global teams. Strong Skills in Power BI & Microsoft Excel. Willingness to work onsite 1-2 days per week. Must be able to travel globally up to 10%. Benefits
