Responsibilities :

This role will lead our expansion in the local market by identifying and securing key partnerships across three main product lines: Bybit Pay, P2P Service, and Fiat Gateway. The position involves exploring, acquiring, and maintaining local resources while fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our payment ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities Include :

1. Identify and onboard local payment processors, brands, and merchants to grow the Bybit Pay ecosystem.
2. Establish partnerships with local businesses and service providers to increase adoption. Support online and offline events to promote Bybit Pay and boost local brand visibility.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance of payment partners.
4. Recruit top-tier local merchants to maintain a competitive edge in merchant count and advertising volume.
5. Optimize merchant performance by increasing transaction volume and engagement.
6. Develop strategies to retain key merchants and prevent churn. Coordinate with risk, compliance, and support teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.
7. Secure partnerships with local fiat payment processors to enhance fiat on/off-ramp capabilities.
8. Prioritize cost-effective and competitive local payment partners.
9. Work with technical teams to support the integration of new payment channels.
10. Monitor market trends to keep the gateway aligned with user needs and regulatory standards.
