Finance Controlling (Temporary)
The Position
The finance controlling position is responsible for controlling transactions, producing, reviewing and analyzing the reporting of actual monthly results and variances (SALES planning, analysis and reporting, OPEX / Commercial Expenses & Personnel expenses planning and analysis, CAPEX analysis).
Key Responsibilities
* Controlling processes : Calculation and managing of all accruals.
* Liquidity reporting to HQ
* SG&A
* Internal Order & Cost centers reports
* Tax area : Ensure local tax compliance (VAT, Personal Income Taxes, Intrastat...)
* Accounts Receivable : Analysis & reconciliation of accounts receivable. Past due claims to customers and bad debts follow up.
* Accounts Payable : Analysis & reconciliation of accounts payable.
Professional skills and qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting.
* 3 years’ professional experience in similar role.
Personal skills
* Excel, Power Point, SAP, Power BI, Jedox
Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.
* Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software.
* Familiarity with industry-specific financial practices and trends.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
