What will you do?
Your main mission is to organize, animate and support Sales & Execution teams dealing with Power System Studies (PSS)
Organize
Be the Regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the Regional Single-Point of Contact (SPoC) for Schneider One Solutions teams regarding all Power System Study (PSS) technical topics, methodology, tools (ETAP) & practices
Support the PSS execution management to optimize their efficiency, by leveraging all the PSS teams in the Region and Globally (Field Services, Regional Support Platform, Global system engineering and expertise).
Propose or align all pre sales and execution processes to ensure efficiency
Animate
Support/animate/educate the Regional Salesforces to better promote PSS
Identify/qualify/train on PSS execution teams in the region
Gather and animate the PSS Sales and Execution Community in the region, and deliver training according to the needs (on PSS hard skills + on ETAP software)
Be the link between the Global Expertise Management and the Regional PSS Community
Execute and Support
Support Pre Sales and Execution teams regarding technical questions
Deliver/validate PSS complex quotations in the region, and complex studies upon necessity
Responsible for the quality of execution delivered in the Region by the different teams (validate studies and reports)
Manage escalation to Expert team in France
