We are looking for aDigital Marketing Managerto join our marketing team and take ownership of all new player acquisition initiatives across digital channels.
Role Overview
As theDigital Marketing Manager,you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven strategies to attract new players to our platforms. You’ll manage campaigns across paid media and partnerships — optimizing for maximum ROI, conversion, and player quality.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital media buying, and hands‑on experience in user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and optimizedigital acquisition campaignsacross multiple channels, includingPPC, display, social media, and programmatic.
* Create and implementperformance marketing strategiesto achieve new player targets and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with design team to ensure creative assets are engaging, localized, and compliant.
* Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA).
* Manage and grow relationships withmedia partners, and paid traffic sources.
* ConductA/B testingon ads, landing pages, and funnels to increase conversion rates.
* Overseetracking, attribution, and analytics, ensuring all campaigns are accurately measured and reported.
* Keep up-to-date withmarket trends, competitor activities, and channel innovationswithin the iGaming space.
* Ensure all campaigns adhere toadvertising guidelines and responsible gaming standardsin each operating market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing.
* Strong understanding oftracking technologies, and conversion optimization.
* Data-driven and highly analytical, with advanced skills inGoogle Analytics and performance dashboards.
* Experience managing and optimizingCPI, CPA, and ROASmetrics.
* Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding ofcompliance and advertising regulationsin key jurisdictions.
