IQU R&D provides solutions in Internet and Telecommunications for various sectors, focusing on innovative tools for evaluating wireless communication systems and digital transformation, including network virtualization, programmable networks, network slicing, cell-free technologies, AI, and IoT.
Research FocusThe R&D department is involved in EU-funded projects related to 5G, 6G, Smart Grid, and IoT, collaborating with European vendors and operators. The research involves analytical evaluation, proof of concepts, and experimentation in in-house platforms.
Position Responsibilities
Conduct research on Network Slicing, 5G / 6G Network and Service Management, Zero Touch Networks, Data-Driven Communications using AI / ML, and experimental validation.
Engage with cutting-edge technology validated on in-house platforms.
Participate in challenging R&D projects and represent the company in meetings and research initiatives.
Assist in preparing research funding proposals.
Present research at scientific conferences and represent IQU at industry exhibitions such as MWC, IoT Solutions World Congress, and Smart Cities Expo.
Qualifications
PhD in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science.
Outstanding oral and written English skills.
Good knowledge of current technology trends in 5G and Beyond Networks.
