Associate Growth Sales Manager (GSL) - Spain (Benelux Region) at BMC Software
Responsibilities
* Support and develop relationships direct with the customer and with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams (BDR, presales, Marketing, renewal reps..) to support to achieve their your goals.
* Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
* Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
* Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
* Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
Qualifications
* You have experience in sales, channel management, or business development within the technology or software industry.
* You possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
* You have a strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
* You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* You have a results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
* You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* You communicate clearly and confidently, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
* Language: Benelux Speaking regions - Dutch, French, English
