Support and request handling technician

Responsibilities
* Provide second‑level support for incidents and requests related to information security
* Serve as a coordination point between the Group’s technical and functional areas
* Deliver effective and well‑documented responses in accordance with established procedures
Qualifications
* Vocational training graduates with an interest in cybersecurity
* Previous experience and knowledge in Systems and cybersecurity
* Knowledge of defining security procedures (access management, information classification procedures, backup management, etc.)
* English level B2/C1
* ISO 27001 LA certification (preferred)
