* Own the product/service roadmap from a technical perspective and ensure delivery aligned with quality standards.
* Manage budget, headcount, operational costs, and vendor contracts;

* Provide engineering, device management, and L3 support for Windows client platforms used globally.

Responsabilidades
* 5+ years in people leadership, product/service or program management with a track record of building high-performing teams
* 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
* Bachelor or advanced degree in Business or IT
* Deep enterprise Windows client OS experience (Windows 10/11) deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting in a global context
* Expertise in device management, especially Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
* Hands-on scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python) for large Windows device fleets
* Strong IAM understanding in Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AD, Active Directory, Conditional Access)
* Leadership skills including servant and creative leadership, executive presence, business acumen
* Enterprise mindset with a focus on collaboration
