The opportunity We don't need someone to manage an agency. We need someone who can outperform one. This role owns all performance paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, Display, and Email hands‑on, cross‑channel, with full accountability for ROAS and revenue.

You'll set the strategy, execute the campaigns, guide the creative team, and make sure every peso and dollar is working as hard as it can. - Full technical ownership that eliminates dependency on external contractors What you’ll do Campaign Execution: Directly operate Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Search & Shopping, Display/PMAX, and Email & SMS. Drive ROAS, CAC efficiency, and attributed revenue. Align paid media with commercial goals, inventory, and channel priorities.

Launch Strategy: Build and execute full‑funnel paid media strategies for product launches. Define channel mix, audience strategy, and budget allocation. Coordinate assets with the Performance Content designer.

Retention & CRM: Lead retention, win‑back, and repurchase initiatives through paid and CRM. Build and optimize Email & SMS flows. Sync paid audiences with CRM signals to maximize lift.

Playbook & Reporting: Build and maintain the performance playbook and measurement standards. Deliver weekly insights — not dashboards, but decisions. Brief and guide the creative team with clear direction. 4+ years directly operating paid media with ROAS accountability hands‑on, not agency management. Proven experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads at significant budgets. TikTok Ads experience focused on conversion, not awareness. Ecommerce background revenue‑driven, not brand‑driven.

Marketing experience with Klaviyo or equivalent.

Skills: Strong cross‑channel expertise. Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, and revenue attribution. Ability to brief and direct a creative team. Analytical and structured — decisions from data, not gut.
