PbAgentic AI Engineer – Customer Success Enablement /b /ppbAbout the Role /b /ppWe are looking for a technical, customer-facing professional with hands-on experience in Agentic AI who can act as an enabler for clients and internal engineering teams. This role combines customer success, AI/ML fundamentals, and engineering workflows to drive adoption, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of an internal Agentic AI platform. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliAct as a technical enabler for customers adopting Agentic AI, supporting use cases such as agent design, fine-tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting. /liliServe as the first point of contact for engineering teams using the internal Agentic AI platform. /liliHelp clients and internal teams understand, design, fine-tune, and build AI agents aligned to business and engineering workflows. /liliDrive adoption and successful implementation of Agentic AI solutions across customer teams. /liliProvide hands-on support for issue triage, root-cause analysis, and escalation when required. /liliCollaborate closely with product, platform, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve platform usability. /liliSupport architecture reviews, design discussions, and agent discovery conversations. /liliContribute to enablement activities including demos, documentation, best practices, and training materials. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skills /b /pulliStrong technical background in Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, or Platform Engineering. /lili2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role. /liliSolid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). /liliHands-on exposure to DevOps workflows and engineering best practices. /liliFoundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts with exposure to Agentic AI systems. /liliAbility to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for customers. /liliStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Skills /b /pulliExperience with LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain), or automation tools. /liliExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). /liliExperience supporting production systems and incident management. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat’s in It for You /b /pulliWork on cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms and real-world use cases. /liliHigh exposure to AI, cloud, and modern engineering practices. /liliCollaborative, fast-paced environment with strong growth opportunities. /liliFlexible work model (hybrid/onsite depending on location). /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout Us: /b /ppAscendion is a general, leading provider of AI-first software engineering services, delivering transformative solutions across North America, APAC, and Europe.
