Your role
* Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI
* Work on keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget optimization
* Analyze campaign results and translate data into clear, actionable insights
* Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
* Continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness
What we’re looking for
Mandatory
* German C1/C2 (spoken & written)
* Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience (mandatory)
* Background in Digital Marketing / PPC / Performance Marketing
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
* Comfortable working with Excel
Nice to have
* Agency background
* Experience with SMB or e-commerce campaigns
* Knowledge of Meta or other paid media platforms

* Monday – Friday
* 09:00 – 18:00
* Hybrid working model
* Office location: LACS Santos, Lisbon
Salary & contract
* Annual gross salary: 23,000 €
* Permanent contract
