Grupo Emperador (Bodegas Fundador, Domecq Bodega Las Copas) is looking for a strategically driven marketing professional to lead and execute our social media strategy while overseeing website content management and updates.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining content direction across social channels, ensuring brand coherence, driving engagement performance, and piloting web content and platform evolution.
This is not a pure community manager role. It requires ownership, digital judgment and executional excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and evolve the social media strategy across key platforms in line with brand positioning.
* Create and execute content pillars, editorial calendar and storytelling direction.
* Create, supervise and publish high-quality content (organic and campaign-based).
* Drive community engagement, manage conversations and ensure brand voice consistency.
* Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on data and insights.
* Strong hands-on expertise in Meta and TikTok strategy and execution.
* Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to deliver impactful digital campaigns.
* Ensure alignment between social initiatives and website content.
* Oversee and manage website content updates via WordPress (content uploads, basic edits and campaign pages).
* Support product launches and key brand activations across digital channels.
* Prepare regular performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
Profile & Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong focus on social strategy.
* Solid experience building and executing content strategies for branded accounts.
* Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and consistency.
* Hands-on experience with social media suite tools (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
* Basic familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress experience is a plus).
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance reporting.
* High level of autonomy, organization and execution focus.
* Ability to manage multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
* Interest in wine, spirits or gastronomy is a strong plus.
