The Marketing Activation Specialist will be a part of the local Marketing team. As Marketing Activation Specialist you will be part of a dedicated local marketing team that is responsible for the planning, development and execution of local marketing activities directed towards product and brand. You will optimise the local marketing content and marketing materials in close cooperation with the regional marketing team.
As Marketing Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager for Italy & Iberia.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Installer / dealer activities:
- Content creation support
- Support on communication activities for dealers/installers and local campaigns (tool kits, adaptations, etc.)
- Dealers Point of Sales tools + communication Activities and support (Local fairs, open days)
- Newsletters (products news, trade conditions, events, etc.)
- Prepare and execute installers events
- Local adaptation of regional/general campaigns
- Update of BtoB sections on velux.It
- BtoB surveys
Sales support:
- Coordination with market director and sales manager
- Giveaways (gifts and tools for professionals)
- Handling marketing related to customer & sales team requests
Training:
- Support to training center
- Content/communication/product support for trainings
Product Management:
- Collaboration with regional product managers
- Main price list and other brochures
- Product launches: internal & external communication
Day to day marketing tasks:
- Participation to regional marketing projects
- Organization of internal events (mid-year + Christmas dinner, team building, etc.)
- Coordination of all corporate communication tools
- Translations
- Stock and shipment of marketing materials
- Adapt technical and commercial materials for Italy, focus B2B (product news, descriptions...)
Experience and skills:
- 3-5 years marketing experience
- BtoB marketing knowledge
- Content creation
- Team spirit
- Proactive
- Sense of priorities and organization
- Autonomy
- Good level of analysis
Languages:
- English = mandatory
- Spanish = mandatory
- Portuguese would be a plus
