A Spanish multinational company specializing in the design of ophthalmic lenses is seeking an International Sales Manager to spearhead the development of distributors and key accounts across Eastern Europe and the Middle East to lead the growth of the brand.
Your new position
Identify and secure strategic distributors in the assigned regions.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure sustainable business growth.
Conduct in-depth market studies to identify opportunities and trends in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Develop and propose data-driven commercial strategies.
Train distributors and key clients on the company’s products and services.
Act as a trusted advisor to help clients optimize their commercial operations.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide clear and detailed reporting on results and progress.
Availability to travel at least 50% of the time, including visits to Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, and international events.
What you will need to fit the position
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, or related fields.
Proven experience in international sales, particularly in opening markets and developing distributors.
Fluent English (professional level).
Knowledge of languages spoken in Eastern Europe and the Middle East (preferred).
A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
The ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

Full flexibility for frequent international travel.
Residence in a location that facilitates travel to assigned regions (preferred) or based in Barcelona
