Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
As an Account Manager for Small Acccounts, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers. Your role involves proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* Client Relationships: Regularly engage with customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
* Support & Feedback: Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
* Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.
* Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.
* Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
Your Profile
* Native level of French and fluent in English.
* Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles is highly valued.
* Passion for simplifying processes and removing obstacles for customers and colleagues.
* Ambitious, proactive, and a positive team player with strong organizational skills.
* Confident using CRM tools and unafraid to pick up the phone to support clients.
* Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
* Eager to take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement.
