first International Sales Development Representative (SDR)
at Amphora Logistics, you won't be "just generating leads"—you'll be

Tasks
Market Insight
* Conduct in-depth research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our prospects.
* Develop a deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior to effectively tailor engagement strategies.
Outbound Prospecting Campaigns
* Prospect, research, and identify potential clients interested in the company's products or services.
* Generate leads by designing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns. You will leverage all communication channels (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone calls, video messages) to generate leads in well-defined niche markets and achieve your monthly new revenue quota.
Relationship Building
* Follow up with potential clients, maintaining active engagement to move them through the sales process and secure meetings or product demos.
* Qualify leads by assessing whether prospects have the budget, authority, need, and timeline to engage in the sales process.
* Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team to present company offerings.
* Organize or plan to attend events with AEs that your prospects will truly appreciate.
* Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and resource.
Requeriments
* Professional or native level of English and Spanish. Additional languages (Portuguese, French, Italian, or German) are highly valued.
* 1–3 years of sales experience in a high-growth tech environment.
* Results-driven mindset and perseverance.
* Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
* Excellent listening, trust-building, and communication skills.
* Enthusiasm for startups.
* Eagerness to learn and grow in the world of sales.
