Export Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Spain & Portugal)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Export Regional Sales Manager to develop and lead our Utility Market business in Spain and Portugal, with initial focus on Southern Europe. The role combines business development, market strategy, and team building.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territory (Southern Europe, focus on Spain & Portugal).
* Build and lead a local sales team for the Utility segment.
* Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
* Develop relationships with utilities, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Promote and position new technologies and solutions (smart metering, IoT-based data collection).
* Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Profile & Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales within the Utility sector (water and/or heat metering preferred).
* Strong understanding of smart metering technologies and IoT network infrastructures.
* Ability to interpret market and sales data to support strategic decisions.
* Solid planning and project management capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
* Languages: English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). French is a plus.
