Now experiencing exponential growth across Europe and looking to bolster the organisational subsidiary in Spain, our Client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Installers.
This appointment will be vital addition to the team to strengthen their market presence more aggressively - it is vital you are selling to installers now in your current role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing key accounts - mainly installers - in SpaimExecute expansion sales strategy in regionUndertake business development tasks for the regionBe a brand advocate, ensuring exceptional knowledge of the full product portfolioAttend all initial commercial and product queriesConduct and ensure diligent follow up proceduresManage sales pipeline and achieve or surpass sales goals setActive acquire new customers specifically with solar and electrical installers
Maintain relationships with installer and distributorsOrganise and conduct sales and product training to partners and clientsConsolidate brand presence in regionParticipate in trade fairs, exhibitions and external marketingKey Requirements:
Possess a degree or successfully completed education within renewables, engineering, or related technical fieldProven sales experience selling high-tech innovative products within a market regionTrack record of increasing market share in a challenging marketDirect experience with solar pv, solar systems, or energy storage technologies advantageousPossess an understanding of the local Solar market preferableExceptional business relationship management skills and acumenExcellent negotiation skillsA strong and clear communicator, language proficiency in Spanish and English necessary.Customer-orientated, focused on delivering client satisfactionPassion for selling great and cutting-edge productsEnthusiasm for learning and affinity for solar, energy storage and renewables sector.Ability to work within demanding and rapid growth setting.Independent worker but also a team playerHome based in Spain and willing to travel frequentlyPlease apply now to start the process.
