As an Energy Solutions Provider focused on the development and management of renewable energy assets and a strong presence across Europe, Lat Am and North America, Exus takes pride in developing, owning, and operating large-scale, wind, solar, hydro and battery storage projects and hydro.With a unique approach to energy supply and decarbonization, Exus Renewables leverages its extensive technical, operational, and financial expertise to minimize risk and ensure the long-term viability and success of our investment and advisory portfolio.Your MissionAs part of the Health and Safety team, you will ensure the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System in line with applicable legal requirements, ISO standards and Exus corporate governance, providing technical support, compliance assurance and reliable HSE performance monitoring across office operations, O& M services and Assets (third party Project Asset Management & IPP projects).Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and continuously improve the HSE Management System in line with applicable legislation, ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards and internal procedures, ensuring full legal and corporate compliance.Analyse, interpret and monitor HSE legal requirements across office activities and operational assets, ensuring accurate identification and ongoing compliance.Develop, review and maintain HSE procedures, instructions, risk assessments and internal documentation, supporting standardisation and operational consistency.Monitor HSE performance through KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools, enabling data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.Control and follow up incidents, non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions, identifying trends and supporting performance improvement.Coordinate and review risk assessments, emergency response plans and operational controls, ensuring effective preventive risk management across activities and assets.Support internal, external and regulatory HSE audits, including preparation of documentation, evidence management and follow-up of findings.Provide technical HSE support and guidance to asset and project teams, ensuring consistent application of corporate standards across different operations and geographies.Coordinate and review HSE documentation from contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Asset Management, O& M, Projects) in an international environment, supporting alignment and effective implementation of HSE practices.Inform and report periodically on HSE performance, legal compliance and key actions to relevant internal stakeholders.Promote and support HSE training, awareness and safety culture initiatives, reinforcing safe behaviours and continuous improvement mindset.What You BringMaster's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent HSE qualification).3+ years of experience in HSE roles, ideally within industrial, energy, infrastructure or technical environments. Experience working with HSE Management Systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001; ISO 9001 is a plus). Exposure to risk assessments, procedures development and HSE reporting. At least one year of experience in renewable energy projects or simila RLanguages: Fluent English (C1 level).
