We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to help the current expansion of Naturitas including Italy to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth and profitability by building strong supplier partnerships and identifying new brand opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
Introduce and assess new catalog products
Analyze sales performance and margins to drive growth
Manage pricing and monitor the market
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
Activate on-site promotions and visibility opportunities to capture brand investment
Launch targeted CRM campaigns
Propose improvements to SEM strategy, CRM/social media copy, and product listings
Optimize stock policies based on sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levels
Maintain regular contact with suppliers and manage the buying catalogue of products
What makes you special for this role
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and consumer trend analysis
Advanced Excel skills
You are a native Italian speaker with fluent English, and any additional language such as Spanish is a plus
We especially value
At least 3 years of experience in category management within the relevant sector, particularly in eCommerce and the natural products industry
Strong teamwork skills, along with proactivity, energy, and a collaborative mindset
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in both oral and written interactions with suppliers and operations teams
Willingness to travel to trade fairs and industry events
Highly commercial profile, focused on identifying, sourcing, and developing new brands in their countries of origin
Experience in developing category strategies and optimizing product assortment
