Your missionYou will lead the definition and execution of energy strategy across our international industrial footprint, focusing on:Develop and implement the energy sourcing strategy, including planning, negotiation, and management of energy supply contracts for Gestamp Group plants.Collaborate with ESG and Environmental departments to achieve the Group's decarbonization objectives through the procurement of renewable energy solutions (such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), self-consumption projects, Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs), etc.), as well as through participation in electrification and energy efficiency initiatives.Monitor, report, and forecast historical and future energy consumption data for Gestamp Group plants. Provide insights on the current and future status of energy markets and regulatory changes, identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and assessing potential new energy developments.
What we are looking forDegree in Engineering (preferred) or similar+7 years of experience in energy, industrial environment or related sectorsSolid experience in:Negotiation of energy contracts and long-term agreementsEnergy budget management and cost controlInteraction with utilities / energy providersStrong strategic thinking combined with execution capabilityHigh autonomy, ownership and stakeholder management skills
LanguagesFluent English requiredGerman is a plus
