Your mission
Hey there! Welcome to your new role as our office manager.
Here is a brief description of what your responsibilities include:
- Point of contact for office, travel and admin matters
- Visitor management
- Responsible for keeping track of travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize internal company meetings
- Responsible for managing office equipments, office furnitures, snack & beverages, office supplies, etc
- Responsible for managing of all admin contracts, including office, company pool car, mobile phone, etc
- Responsible for team building activities
- Any other ad-hoc matters requested by Head of HR, Admin & IT
**Profile**:
What background should you have to be comfortable with this role?
- Minimum five years’ similar experience
- Excellent written and spoken command of Spanish and English at C1 level
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- A team player with great attention in details
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
