Overview
We are looking for a System Analyst Change & Release Enablement to strengthen the global Change & Release capabilities of a leading pharmaceutical company.
You will drive modern, automated, and well‑governed change practices that empower engineering and DevOps teams to deliver high‑quality releases with speed, safety, and compliance across a highly regulated environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Process Leadership & Governance
Design, enhance, and operate global Change & Release Management processes, supporting both traditional IT and modern DevOps delivery teams.
Work closely with the Global Process Owner to drive innovation, simplification, and continuous improvement.
Ensure seamless integration with adjacent ITSM and agile delivery processes.
Serve as an expert escalation point for issues related to change workflows, approvals, tooling, and release execution.
Engineering & DevOps Enablement
Enable and consult System Leads, engineers, and product teams in planning and executing IT changes, including those delivered through CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and automated deployment technologies.
Contribute to toolchain improvements and automation initiatives, integrating ITSM platforms with systems like GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Promote modern practices such as risk-based change models, automated approvals, and shift-left quality.
Compliance & Quality Management
Create and maintain accurate SOPs, process documentation, and validated records in compliance-regulated environments.
Develop and execute test plans for process or tooling enhancements, including documentation of test evidence.
Training, Communication & Organizational Enablement
Create and update training materials, user guides, onboarding content, and enablement documentation.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing programs to drive adoption of Change & Release practices across the organization.
Act as a key communicator and ambassador for modern Change & Release Enablement.
Skills
* Deep expertise in IT Change & Release Management in global enterprise environments.
* Familiarity with modern engineering practices: DevOps, CI/CD, automation, Git workflows, cloud-native deployment.
* Experience working in regulated/validated environments (GxP or similar) is a strong plus.
* Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate complex processes into actionable guidance and training for diverse teams.
* A passion for continuous improvement, modern service management, and enabling teams to deliver high‑quality changes confidently.
Schedule
* 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
* 4 days by remote & 1 day on-site
