Our client is an international company based in Barcelona with a global presence. We are seeking a Community Manager to engage and grow online communities across our company's social channels in Italy. The Community Manager will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Department and Marketing team to ensure the brand publishes quality content, engages meaningfully, and provides value to online communities.
The main responsibilities include analyzing social media content performance, coordinating with agencies, creating content plans, publishing content, engaging with users, identifying influencers, and developing strategies to nurture communities aligned with marketing goals.
Ideal candidates enjoy creating dynamic content, have excellent attention to detail, a creative mindset, and can build relationships both online and offline. You should be proactive in initiating conversations and engaging with new people.
Responsibilities
* Grow and expand the brand’s presence on social media channels
* Manage daily publishing, monitoring, and responding on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
* Collaborate on social media planning for each country
* Segment audiences and tailor targeted content
* Create and translate content for blogs aligned with SEO strategies
* Coordinate with the design team for creative visuals
* Recruit and manage brand influencers
* Build relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals
* Drive results through KPI-focused social media and content strategies
* Set and evaluate KPIs for campaigns
* Audit and analyze social media investments and advertising ROI
* Respond promptly to comments and customer inquiries
Requirements
* Native Italian speaker and advanced English proficiency
* Spanish knowledge is a plus
* 1-2 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in an agency setting
* Strong communication skills
* Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, advertising, copywriting, and content creation
* Analytical skills with experience in web analytics, community management, and reporting
