Business Development Representative (BDR)
Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency, working with some of the biggest names in the tech sector. We are looking for a Business Development Representative to engage with US IT managers and set up meetings with our clients’ sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage with key decision‑makers: connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup.
- Spark interest: present our client’s innovative IT solutions and show how they can help optimize processes and increase productivity.
- Create high‑value opportunities: set up meetings between prospects and our client’s sales experts to move the conversation forward.
Compensation & Benefits
Permanent contract, monthly base salary of approximately €1,780 (annually around €21,390). An uncapped commission system gives additional earnings based on performance: on average our US team members earn €687 per month in incentives, with top performers earning over €840 monthly. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 14:00–20:00 (30 hours), with flexibility to work some days from home within company rules.
- Internal training provided by the Learning & Development department.

Profile Requirements
- C2 English proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and/or tele‑marketing (plus, not required).
- Experience in customer service (plus, not required).
- Previous CRM experience desirable, not required.
- Target‑driven mentality & can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residence in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid) and legal right to work in Spain full‑time.
