**Company Description** We’re looking for an Operations Management Intern to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou!**
The Hoxton Poblenou in the city of Barcelona is our 11th Hoxton. The hotel boasts 240 bedrooms of different sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool and our taqueria Tope, a bright and airy lobby, a multi-functional basement events space and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events concept).

Reporting to our **Director of Operations,** you will be responsible for supporting the daily hotel operations for 5-6 months.

**Job Description** What you’ll do**
- Assist with onboardings of all operational departments.
- Assist and be present whatever the mood calls for, from assisting the Housekeeping department to helping in the Engineering department or any rotations within the operational departments.
- You are a great link to improve communication with operations departments as support for the Heads of Department.
- Help the Director of Operations prepare and compile of periodic report backs from back of the house insights to guests reports.
- Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy and help our management team with any requests.
