Senior Sales Manager (Industrial Automation) brLocation: Spain (Hybrid) brCompany: Our client, an international provider of automation and digital solutions for the process industry brOur client is expanding its European business and is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive regional growth within the industrial automation and process control sector. brThis role focuses on developing strategic accounts and leading large automation projects across the region. brResponsibilities brDevelop and implement regional sales and business development strategies brIdentify new business opportunities within process industries such as energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing brBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners brLead project bidding, negotiations and contract signing brCollaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions brMonitor market trends and provide competitive market insights Requirements brBachelor's degree in Automation, Engineering, Business or related field brMinimum 3 years of sales experience in industrial automation or process control brExperience selling DCS, PLC, instrumentation or industrial software solutions brStrong industry network within process industries brCandidates from companies such as Emerson, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB or Schneider Electric are highly desirable brFluent in English and Spanish brChinese language skills are preferred to facilitate collaboration with global teams brWillingness to travel across the region as required
