The decisions we make in the next 18 months will shape an industry.About the RoleWe're looking for a Head of Growth to own the growth engine end-to-end. You'll inherit a strong foundation and a real budget, and you'll have the mandate to build the team, the systems, and the experiments that take us from market leader to category platform across multiple productlines.What You'll Own- Lead the growth engine: Own demand generation across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.- Drive paid acquisition at scale: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across search, paid social, display, and emerging surfaces.- Build the organic flywheel: Experiment with and scale community, referral, SEO, and LLMO strategies.- Operate the full lifecycle: Develop lifecycle marketing programs that activate users, convert trials, and surface sales-ready opportunities.- Build and scale the team: Hire, lead, and mentor across performance, lifecycle, and data — plus the agencies and contractors who extend our reach. Set the bar for execution and craft.Who You Are- A seasoned growth operator: 7+ years in growth marketing, with a strong track record across paid, organic, and owned channels in B2B SaaS or product-led companies. You've seen what works at different stages and know which playbooks to bring with you and which to leave behind.- A proven leader: You've built and scaled growth teams of 8+ people across multiple disciplines.- A performance marketer at the core: Mastery of the modern marketing stack, attribution modeling, and the unglamorous work of channel-by-channel optimization.- Full-funnel fluent: Deep experience across paid, paid social, SEO, CRO, lifecycle, and community. Bonus points for LLM or AI-native marketing experience.- PLG-native. You've driven demand and revenue inside product-led companies and understand how product and marketing reinforce each other. You've worked closely with Product on activation, with Sales on hand-off, and with Finance on forecasting — and you know how to make all three trust your numbers.- AI-native: You've already rebuilt how you and your teams work around AI agents, LLM workflows, MCP-style stacks. You think of AI as core infrastructure for modern marketing.- Operationally mature.
