The RoleAs a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted partner of our international B2B clients. Your role will be to ensure long-term success and help them get the most out of the product.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own a portfolio of clients and lead onboarding & engagement
Provide strategic support to maximize product adoption
Monitor usage trends and proactively solve potential issues
Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams
Advocate for the customer’s voice internally
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or product-led organizations
Excellent communication skills in English (bonus:
German / French / Italian)
Confident with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
EU citizenship or current work authorization within the EU
