What are we looking for?We are looking for Java Engineers who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, that is a global leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking and saving accounts.
This 100% remote position is open to candidates located in Spain, requiring fluent English for effective collaboration with international teams.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable softwareAs part of the DevOps model you build it, you own it and you run it, ensure stable and smooth maintenance of delivered softwareEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applicationsParticipate in complete Software Development Life Cycle, including occasional QA and peer reviewWork to achieve the goals and vision articulated by Product Management
What do we expect from you?Very strong Java programming skills and knowledge of building API'sDeep understanding of all stages in the Software Development Life CycleDeep understanding of design patterns and principles (e.G. SOLID principles)Experience with different testing types: Unit Testing, API Testing, Acceptance Testing, Load TestingExperience with distributed architectures like SOA or MSAExperience with event-driven architecturesExperience with REST APIsRelevant experience with AWS servicesExperience with Gradle or MavenExperience with Enterprise JenkinsExperience working in an Agile fashion (e.G.
