**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collaborate with the creative marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms
- Assist in the design and formatting of lookbooks, promotional materials, and product pages
- Photo editing, retouching, and image selects to ensure consistency and brand alignment
- Design layouts for digital and print marketing materials, maintaining high standards of quality
- Edit video content for social media and digital campaigns
- Organize and manage files within Dropbox and other shared platforms for efficient collaboration
- Contribute ideas for visual campaigns and new creative directions
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficient in photo editing and retouching
- Strong graphic design and layout creation skills
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Knowledge of web design principles (experience with web design is a plus)
- Experience working in the apparel or fashion industry is preferred
- High level of self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Desire to learn new techniques and grow your skill set in the creative field
- Ability to take direction while maintaining a proactive approach to work
