Overview ASBIS is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, portfolio development, and channel expansion for the Integrated Audio Systems portfolio across the EMEA region. The role focuses on developing and expanding the integrated AV portfolio across 30 countries in the EMEA region, working with premium brands within the Custom Installation (CI) and Smart Home solutions space. The successful candidate will develop regional go-to-market strategies, strengthen distributor and partner relationships, drive sales growth, and support profitable portfolio expansion across the region.Key Responsibilities Own and drive the commercial performance of the integrated AV products portfolio across 30 EMEA countriesDevelop and implement regional business development and go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectivesIdentify growth opportunities, market trends, and portfolio gaps to optimize product positioning and sales performanceWork closely with regional sales teams, distributors, and country managers to accelerate revenue growth and pipeline generationLead pricing, promotions, product lifecycle management, and profitability initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, integrators, distributors, and key customersCoordinate product launches, sales enablement activities, and partner training programs across the regionSupport strategic and complex deals through consultative and solution-based sellingMonitor portfolio performance using KPIs, sales metrics, forecasting, and market analysisAct as the central point of contact for portfolio-related initiatives, ensuring alignment between general strategy and local executionCoordinate closely with sales, marketing, product management, logistics, and supply chain teams to support business growthRequirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, or Portfolio Management within the Audio-Visual (AV) industryMandatory experience within Custom Installation (CI), Smart Home, Integrated AV, or premium audio solutions environmentsStrong understanding of architectural audio, distributed audio systems, home cinema solutions, amplifiers, DSP, and smart home ecosystemsExperience working with AV integrators, distributors, installers, and channel partners across multiple countries or regionsBackground working with brands such as Sonance, KEF, Monitor Audio, Bowers Wilkins, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, Savant, Trinnov, NAD, or similar is highly preferredStrong commercial negotiation, partner management, and consultative selling skillsExperience managing regional sales targets, forecasting, pricing, and portfolio development initiativesStrong analytical mindset with market awareness and business acumenAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced international environmentProfessional English language skills are mandatoryWhat we offer Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational companyConstant interaction with global teams of professionalsInternational career opportunities
