We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) on a fixed-term contract based in Malaga.
Mission of the position:
* Collaborate with Business Managers (Area Manager and Regional Manager) to enhance regional results through excellence initiatives in people management.
* Implement and develop HR tools and processes according to the standards set by the Centers of Excellence (COEs).
* Respond to business needs effectively.
* Promote HR strategies and manage organizational change, including diagnosis and performance improvement.
* Execute end-to-end HR processes and transactions.
* Advise leaders and employees on HR matters.
* Lead initiatives in people excellence, including culture and talent management, to support business objectives.
* Communicate effectively with employees.
* Focus on feature development, particularly in Talent Management (selection, mobility, development), fostering commitment and a sense of belonging, defining roles and responsibilities, and identifying and developing functional competencies.
Training and experience required:
* University degree.
* Specialized training in HR is valuable.
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or as an area coordinator.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
