Were partnering with a highly respected European real estate investment manager to recruit an Asset Manager for their growing Madrid office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team managing a rapidly expanding portfolio of office and industrial assets across Spain. Youll play a key role in driving asset performance, enhancing occupier experience, and delivering value-add asset management strategies.
The Opportunity:
As Asset Manager, youll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans across a portfolio of assets while working closely with occupiers, property managers, agents, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
âś” Managing lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and occupier negotiations
âś” Driving asset performance and maximising income generation
âś” Supporting refurbishment, repositioning and value-add initiatives
âś” Managing service charge budgets and compliance matters
âś” Building strong relationships with agents, solicitors, property managers and surveyors
âś” Monitoring tenancy data and asset performance metrics
âś” Conducting regular property inspections across the portfolio
About You:
âś… Degree qualified in Real Estate or a related discipline
âś… 1-3 years experience within Asset Management, Property Management or Commercial Real Estate
âś… Strong analytical, financial and reporting skills
âś… Fluent in both Spanish and English
âś… Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
âś… Full driving licence
âś… MRICS qualification or Industrial & Logistics exposure would be advantageous
