What We're Looking For
A proven Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a high-quality, ingredient-led background
Strong experience with open-fire, grill, or wood-fired cooking
Previous experience working in Spain or within an authentic Spanish culinary environment is essential
A deep appreciation for Spanish cuisine, produce, and regional cooking traditions
An inspiring leader with excellent mentoring and team-building skills
