What will you do?
- Be the primary technical point of contact for key customers, guiding them in the use and evolution of our cloud solutions.
- Coordinate and oversee technical projects and implementations, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, guaranteeing service quality and SLA compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that bring added value.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in technical account management, advanced support or technical project management (TAM, Service Manager, Technical PM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, systems administration (Linux/Windows), virtualization, and hosting environments.
- Ability to manage technical projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong customer orientation.
- High level of English (very valuable).
