Overview
Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in French? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and will ensure users get the support they need. This is an opportunity to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge products, including music and audiovisual technology!
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing efficient and solution-oriented support
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, especially in audiovisual, music, and connectivity fields
- Record and manage all call details in the system, delivering timely resolutions within SLAs
- Collaborate with team members, and provide support across teams to ensure seamless service
- Escalate issues when necessary to senior support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution
What Were Looking For
- Language Proficiency: C2/ fluent French and a strong command of English (B2 level or above)
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in technical support
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of signal connectivity, wireless networking, music, and AV products
- Customer Focus: Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to solving customer needs
- Team Player: Ability to take ownership of issues and work collaboratively to resolve them
