Uberall is seeking an accomplished English native-speaking Account Executive to spearhead the expansion of our software services into the UK&I market. As an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, you will bring a consultative approach to your sales process, leveraging your polished presentation skills to win over new customers and close deals. Your primary focus will be on driving incremental growth in monthly recurring revenue and new logo acquisition while ensuring a stellar customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for sales who is eager to take on new challenges and grow their career with our team.
Your responsibilities :
* Develop and nurture relationships within accounts in your territory
* Lead a mid-market engagement process based on MEDDPICC (MEDDIC) and champion-based selling to mid-market organizations.
* Manage complex sales cycles, including tendering processes and extensive contract negotiations with users, influencers, and decision-makers at the CxO level.
* Exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling to mid-market clients.
* Align platform solutions with customers' product needs and business priorities.
* Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue.
* Partner with Sales Development, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success teams to prioritize opportunities and allocate resources.
* Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.
* Track all opportunity and customer details, including use case, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
Your profile :
* Proven experience of 4+ years selling SaaS in the UK&I market
* Experience selling to VP and C-level executives
* Knowledge of digital marketing or a strong interest in it
* Track record of success in selling to mid-market companies
* Consistently meet quarterly and annual quotas
* Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from prospecting to signing using solution-selling techniques
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Team-selling experience is a plus
* Willingness to travel is required
