**Description****Admissions Coordinator**:Purpose of Role**Responsible to**:Head of Admissions**ISP Principles**:- Begin with our children and students. We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement.**Key Responsibilities**:1. Management of Admissions and Appointments- Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of admissions appointments and interviews.- Ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process from inquiry through enrollment.- Coordinate with prospective families to provide necessary information and updates.2. Management of Interviews with New Families- Facilitate interviews with prospective families, providing clear and accurate information about the school.- Ensure a positive experience for families through professional and supportive interactions.- Schedule and coordinate tours, interviews, and meetings with prospective families and students.3. Onboarding New Families- Manage the onboarding process for new families, ensuring a smooth transition into the school community by updating iSams with all new family information and enrolment choices.- Oversee compliance with paperwork requirements, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed accurately and stored efficiently.- Prepare and produce Welcome Packs for new families joining the school- Being responsible for uploading and maintaining accurate data in school systems to ensure integrity and accessibility for colleagues, such as contact details, lunch choices, bus routes, etc are up to date on iSams etc.- Address any issues or concerns new families may have during their initial phase at the school4. Analysis of Competitors- Conduct analysis of competitor schools to inform strategic planning and admissions strategies.- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.5. Data and Document Management- Maintain comprehensive and secure records of student admissions data and documents.- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and internal policies.- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.6. Management of Entrance Tests and Evaluations- Organise and administer entrance tests and evaluations, coordinating with relevant staff and faculty.- Ensure all testing procedures are conducted smoothly and efficiently.- Prepare and generate reports on admissions statistics and applicant status as required.7. Organization of Promotional Events- Plan and execute events to promote the school, such as open days, tours, and informational sessions.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional materials and strategies.- Help coordinate logistics, communicate with participants, and manage event materials.8. Creation and Design of Advertising and Campaigns- Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns to attract new students.- Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and promotional content.9. Reporting to Central Office- Assist the Head of Admissions in preparing and submit KPI reports to the central office as required.- Collaborate with the Admissions Manager and team to develop and implement strategies for attracting and retaining students.- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing files.- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the admissions process10. General Administrative Support- Provide general administrative support to the Admissions Department and other school functions as needed.- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Leadership Team to support the school's goals.- Support the administration team in periods of absences, ensuring the reception is always covered and client queries are dealt professionally within a timely manner in the absence of colleagues**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:- Native level of English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.- Successful relevant experience in a similar role within a customer service/sales environment.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.- Demonstrates a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and admissions software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inte
