The Role
Buscamos un perfil senior Data Consultant, enfocado a Data Management y orientado a delivery en cliente, para un proyecto de larga duración en una cuenta estratégica. El rol combina ejecución, liderazgo funcional y capacidad consultiva, actuando como referente de gestión del dato y enlace entre negocio y equipos técnicos. La posición está orientada a ejecución y entrega, no a preventa ni desarrollo comercial, aunque se espera criterio estratégico y capacidad de interlocución con niveles ejecutivos. El rol requiere una clara mentalidad consultiva, combinando experiencia técnica en plataformas de datos (con especial foco en entornos Databricks) y con la capacidad de estructurar problemas, interactuar con stakeholders y traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones de data management y analítica.
Responsabilidades principales
·Definir e implementar marcos de Data Management & Governance alineados con las necesidades de negocio del cliente:
o Políticas de datos, ownership, stewardship.
o Calidad del dato, linaje, catalogación y cumplimiento normativo.
o Definición de reglas de calidad y KPIs.
o Procesos de control, trazabilidad y uso responsable del dato.
·Actuar como referente consultivo en cliente:
o Preparación y presentación de materiales ejecutivos.
o Interlocución con CDOs, responsables de Data y stakeholders de negocio.
·Impulsar la adopción y el cambio organizativo:
o Acompañar a los equipos del cliente en la adopción de prácticas de gobierno.
o Facilitar workshops y sesiones de alineación.
·Colaborar estrechamente con equipos técnicos:
o Colabirar con equipos de data engineering y data analytics
o Asegurar que el gobierno está integrado “by design” en la arquitectura.
Who You Are
Requisitos imprescindibles
· Experiencia sólida en Data Governance y Data Management:
o Definición de políticas, roles (Data Owner, Data Steward), procesos y marcos de control.
· Perfil consultivo, con capacidad de estructurar problemas y comunicar con claridad.
· Excelente capacidad para crear presentaciones ejecutivas (PowerPoint).
· Fluidez en español e inglés.
· Experiencia práctica o conocimiento técnico (especialmente en Databricks):
Experiencia y conocimientos valorables
· +5 años de experiencia en proyectos de Data & Analytics: Data Governance, BI, DWH, Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics.
· Experiencia en entornos cloud de datos: Databricks, GCP, Azure o AWS.
· Experiencia trabajando en clientes grandes y entornos complejos.
· Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en requisitos de datos y gobierno.
· Conocimiento de frameworks o buenas prácticas: DAMA-DMBOK, Data Mesh (a nivel conceptual), modelos de madurez de gobierno.
· Habilidad para liderar conversaciones con stakeholders de management
Formación y certificaciones
· Título universitario (Grado, Máster o Doctorado) en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o un campo relacionado.
· Se valorará muy positivamente un máster o especialización adicional en, Data Management, Data Governance, IA, Datos u otras tecnologías objetivo.
· Se valorará muy positivamente certificaciones propias de Data: DAMA CDMP, Certificaciones Databricks
