ABOUT THE JOB
As a Turbo Testing Engineer, you will ensure that all high‑performance systems and components undergo rigorous testing to guarantee reliability, speed, and optimal operation. You will design and execute advanced test plans, work closely with engineering teams, and continuously refine testing methodologies to support ongoing innovation.
You will also drive improvements to testing frameworks, optimize performance validation processes, and ensure all test environments consistently meet quality and efficiency standards.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A TURBO TESTING ENGINEER?
* Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies for high‑performance systems
* Oversee test environments and tooling, ensuring stability, accuracy, and consistency
* Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex performance issues
* Plan enhancements to testing frameworks and contribute to long‑term quality initiatives
* Monitor test results and ensure compliance with internal quality and performance standards
* Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to optimize test‑related processes
* Participate in performance reviews, release validation, and continuous improvement cycles
* Contribute to test documentation, reporting, and knowledge‑sharing practices
WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A TURBO TESTING ENGINEER?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
* Certifications related to software testing, performance engineering, or automation (ISTQB, etc.)
* 3 years of experience in software testing, performance engineering, or quality assurance
* Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and monitoring platforms
* Ability to automate complex test scenarios and streamline test pipelines
* Solid understanding of system architectures, networks, and cloud‑based environments
* Familiarity with scripting languages, CI/CD systems, and test automation frameworks
* Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset
* Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams
* Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation abilities
