We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join a European healthtech scale-up specialized in digital solutions for B2B clients. You'll be part of a fast-growing company that supports health professionals with innovative products and services across Europe. Responsibilities: Design and execute marketing campaigns. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints. Plan and manage local events and lead generation activities aligned with the company’s global strategy. Collaborate closely with the global marketing and product teams to localize and promote product launches and initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness. Build strong relationships with media, partners, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Requirements: 5 years of experience in marketing management within a B2B environment; healthcare experience is a strong plus. Proven experience with both online and offline campaigns. Strong communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English. Proactive and organized, with excellent project management capabilities. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus). Experience with media relations and brand storytelling. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities. Knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus. French is a nice to have.
